Mission, Guerrero or Diana's. As for buying them at a market, i wouldnt recomend unless its a corn tortilla. Store made tortillas tend to get harder in a shorter time spand as brand name tortillas. 'Mission' tortillas are thicker and good quality, Guerrero is not as thick but good taste, but me being a Mexican-American i was raised with Diana's. They are more authentic but i only know of them here in Souther California.

Source(s): Im a Beaner, what can i say, i love mexican food.

As fanatic as Chipotle is about having fresh, wholesome ingredients, I'm almost sure that they're making their tortillas in-house. Your best bet would be to find some place in your area that makes their own tortillas and buy a dozen there. Handmade fresh tortillas are 10 times better then anything you can buy in the store.

Guerrero. You have to get the huge tortilla's though.

if you find out let me know!

the closest i got was a bunch of tortillas made by a Mexican grocery store.

Ranchers Market is where it was i believe. there wasn't any brand name, they were just bagged in clear plastic.
