Or is it about an interior conflict between Conservative and Liberal Christian Churches? What would happen if the US government and all the state governments decided to step back and let individual churches determine who could get married? You'd have gay weddings performed in every state in this Union, most of them done in Christian churches.

Therefore I submit the idea that what this debate is REALLY about is forcing the government to recogize the religious viewpoints of Conservative Christianity as more valid than those of Liberal Christians.

Keep in mind that if God exists, he is something. So if you believe in God, why does God exist instead of not?

A christian who believes that you, like everyone else, deserves to burn in hell for all eternity

Or an atheist who believes that no one does?

How many atheists think its ok to:

1. Murder

2. Rape

3. Steal

4. Force young children to pray to your god?

Christians believe that I will go to hell for being an atheist, and not only that ,they believe I deserve it.

Does it make me a bigot if I am therefore suspicious of christianity and christians? Or is it just good common sense?

A) Out of all the religions in the world, I can tell which one is true and which ones are false.

or

B) I have no way of knowing which religion is true or false, therefore I reject them all.

Also, when muslims argue with christians, or everyone gangs up on mormons and JW's or pagans, does it make you laugh?

To me it almost seems like two nerds arguing about whether Kirk or Picard would win in a fist fight.

Or do they worship the same god in different ways? Or is there only one god that has reached out to different groups in different ways?

because they don't interpret the bible exactly the same way you do?

If not, then why the big fuss?

Any of the innumberable pieces of evidence for Evolution that have been given on this forum? I've never seen them even attempt to rebut a single piece of evidence.

Methinks they simply ignore them and cling to their straw-man conception of evolution.

Seems like the ratio of the faithful to the non-believer has been shifting lately.
