It all depends on whether or not they believe that Jesus Christ (who is God) died for our sins and rose from the dead. That is the most important thing. (1st Corinthians 15:3-4, Romans 10:9)

The rest of doctrine is important and is practical for our relationship with God and our daily life, but what saves us is the belief in Christ's death burial and ressurrection.

Salvation has to do with accepting Jesus Christ as your savior and making Him Lord of you life. It has nothing to do with theology, or works.
