Who's mercy and compassion would you trust more?

A christian who believes that you, like everyone else, deserves to burn in hell for all eternity

Or an atheist who believes that no one does?

    I trust a non-religious person's judgment way more than a religious nutjob.

    The Christian, because they are more apt to care enough about you to tell you the truth. They are also more likely to stand by you when you make mistakes. Read 1 Corinthians chapter 13

    I don't usually question mercy and compassion. I accept it without worrying about a silly thing like religious beliefs.
