Toshiba Laptops usually come with a System Recovery disk. You will boot from the System Recovery disk and follow the on-screen instructions.

Insert the disk into the drive. Shut down your machine and then restart it.

Confirm if you are prompted to boot from the CD.

    Follow the on-screen instructions.

The disk should be a white disk with the words "Product Recovery" written on the front in red lettering.

If you don't have the original recovery media, you can order a replacement online from the following web site:

    https://backupmedia.toshiba.eu/landing.aspx

You can get further support at the Toshiba web site:

    http://uk.computers.toshiba-europe.com/

    Click on Support and Downloads.
