    There is no fetus at week nine. It's still considered an embryo. You won't enter the fetal stage unitl the second trimester. At 9 weeks you're baby is about the size of a lima bean.

    According to a website I just read at 9 weeks...about the size of a strawberry:

    The embryo measures about 0.9 inches to 1.2 inches from crown to rump, or the size of a strawberry.

    Almost an inch long. It's about the size of a decent grape.
