Jailbroke my iPhone 3GS. Now what?
i Jailbroke it using blackra1n. than installed cydia. now what? can someone guide me to these free apps, ringtones and other features you all talk about?? Do i just search through cydia now?? Should i beware of the things i download through this place?? Is there viruses n stuff?? Good explanations please.

If you have cydia and no other 3rd party.
Open Cydia > Manage > Sources > Edit
Add source "http://cydia.hackulo.us"/
Then go to Cydia and download "Appsync for OS.3.0" or "3.1...."
Install it
Should be good to go.

You should definitely be careful what you download. If there is a way to look at the app's ratings and reviews, I would do that before downloading anything. If your iPhone is jailbroken, I would search online to see if there are other free services that provide apps. You can search here if you like http://www.iphonemallonline.com/
