I havent used or paid on my credit card balances in over 4 years...?
Should I file bankruptcy and have that on my record or is it true after so many years bad credit card debt will fall off your history at around the 7 year mark? If true whats better, file bankruptcy and wait the 10 years for that to go away or just continue to ignore my debt and wait for it to go away in about 3 years if thats really true?
