was told this is from a napkin depicting Leopold I at the second Battle of Mohács, 1687.

    Buda is brought under the control of the emperor by the men of the eagle

    Buda, a city, was recaptured following this battle. I believe the eagle here refers to the Holy Roman Empire, and this is my best attempt at translating it. Hope it helps!
