I have a new laptop with English and French characters on the keyboard. How do I set it back to English?
My son just touched something and now the red (French) characters are appearing when I type ie question mark comes up É. How do I set it back to the blue (English) characters

Go to your language setting in your control panel and set the default language back to English.
