It truly depends on the judges. I do think Pacquiao will out work (throw more punches) than Mayweather, but I do agree most of them won't hit anything but air and Floyd's guard. I see Floyd moving, countering and making Manny work for every shot and pay for every shot (especially wild , wide ones). The issue is will the judges give rounds for aggression or effective aggression. If they give rounds to who is pressing the fight and throwing a lot of punches Manny has a clear advantage. If they are giving rounds based upon ring generalship, connection (landing shots) and who is being effective...it will be Floyd's advantage.
