    2 tablespoons sugar

    2 teaspoons kosher salt

1 tablespoon pure olive oil or oil of your choice. Use Vegetable oil for a neutral taste.

    3/4 cup warm water

2 cups flour AP or Bread flour

    1 teaspoon instant yeast

Place the sugar, salt, oil, water, 1 cup of flour, yeast, and remaining cup of flour into a standing mixer's work bowl. Using the paddle attachment, start the mixer on low and mix until the dough just comes together, forming a ball. Lube the hook attachment with cooking spray. Attach the hook to the mixer and knead for 15 minutes on medium speed.

Tear off a small piece of dough and flatten into a disc. Stretch the dough until thin. Hold it up to the light and look to see if the baker's windowpane, or taut membrane, has formed. If the dough tears before it forms, knead the dough for an additional 5 to 10 minutes.

Roll the pizza dough into a smooth ball on the countertop. Place into a stainless steel or glass bowl. Add 2 teaspoons of olive oil to the bowl and toss to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 18 to 24 hours.

For quicker use, place in an oven heated by the light bulb, let rise to doubled.

Basic Pizza Dough 1 1/4 cups (300 ml) all-purpose flour 1 package (1 Tbs, 15 ml) fast-rising yeast 1/2 tsp (2 ml) sugar 1/4 tsp (1 ml) salt 1/2 cup very hot water Combine 1 cup (250 ml) of the flour along with the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl. Stir the ingredients together, adding enough additional flour to make a soft dough. Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Cover the dough with the inverted mixing bowl and allow to stand for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes one 12-inch (30 cm) pizza crust. You could spread some roasted garlic on the dough before topping it. Baking is more science than art; you might throw off the balance by trying to add garlic directly to the dough. If you do, I'd try granulated garlic; fresh would be too strong and roasted might have too much moisture.

    500g of 00 strong flour

    1 tsp of salt

    2 tbsp olive oil

    1tsp instant yeast

Approx 1.5 Cups of room temp water.

In a bowl add the flour, salt, yeast and oil.

Add in 1 cup of the water and mix. If it still looks a little dry add a bit more water until you have dough that is not sticky but a little tacky.

Either use a machine with the dough hook and mix for 6 mins or knead by hand for around 10 mins until the dough is smooth and elastic.

Place dough into an oiled bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Set aside in a warm place until the dough has doubled.

Knock the dough back and cut into portions depending on the size you want your pizza to be. Roll it out, add your toppings, cook, eat and enjoy.

A recipe for sausage bread, pizza dough stuffed with sausage, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese, then baked.

    Ingredients:

    1 recipe pizza dough

8 ounces mild Italian sausage, browned

    8 ounces grated mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

    1 tablespoon oregano

2 cloves garlic, mashed and minced

    melted butter

PrePrepare pizza dough. You may use frozen, thawed dough, a bread machine recipe, or other. Shape dough into a rectangle about 8- x 12-inches. Top the center of the dough with the remaining ingredients. Fold the sides of dough over the topping, overlapping. Enclose the ends; brush with melted butter. Bake on a lightly greased baking sheet or dish at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes, or until browned. Cool slightly on a rack then cut into 1-inch slices

Do you not wish people would read and see where your speaking from, most of this are American answers and not what your looking for, basic pizza dough made with yeast is fine, even a scone based one is quite fine, I like to make mine a bit different, like those made in Chicago US, deep dish and bit richer, with a bit of butter, a tad sweeter, and with a different construction, made in a cake tin.

This is my favorite, it's a nice savory dough:

The biggest tip, make sure you let the dough rise properly. And don't be afraid to add your own twist with the herbs.
