What American TV Shows Get The Highest Ratings In The Most Foreign Countries?

I'm asking from say 1950-present, whether they are reruns of shows that ended

40 years ago like "I Spy" or ones that ended their run in the USA more recently,

like Everybody Loves Raymond in 2005?

I found while over seas that people in many countries still watch shows like Gillian's Island, Charlies Angles, C.H.I.P.S, and Happy Days; In Thailand I saw a man watching the show "Good Times". I about laughed my @$$ off about that, because he did the 'Dynamite' sign to show how 'hip' and down he was with the 'soul sistas'.

Bay Watch is still a hit, as well as some of the older soap opera's like Young and the Restless, One life to Live and even Dynasty. When I left Japan they where watching 'Hero's' and SmallVille. Anything being broadcasted on MTV is a hit with the younger generations (i.e. The Real World, Tia Tequila, Road Rules, TRL when that was big). Or anything with Rap and Hip Hop is the rage in places like Japan and Korea. They love to see the various styles of dance, urban wear and copy some of the slang.

These are the only ones I can think of right now. It just depends on where you go what American T.V. shows are available for them to watch.
