Why does the program close on me sometimes?

I can get onto Yahoo but sometimes when I sign in or click on inbox or a message, the program suddenly closes & I have to keep trying over & over until it works only to have it close while I'm reading my e-mail message or return to inbox

    update everything and just do a general clean up and run your spyware and virus scans

    Are you using Internet Explorer? Therein lies the problem. Switch to Firefox.

    Which Internet browser are you using? please,

    And which version?

    IE 6 is what is use.

    And Firefox

    And what is your Operating system?

    I use XP pro.

    that would be your internet explorer,

    you need to update it
