Who won the heisman for 2009?

I know that it has already been given out in New York, but we do not know anything in El Paso, Texas. I hope Tebow, Sul or Ingram won. I am for UT, but McCoy does not deserve it this year. He has been weak for about five games almost in a row.

    So, in El Paso, Texas, you have access to answers.yahoo.com but not espn.com or sports.yahoo.com? I didn't realize that the WORLD WIDE WEB was limited to New York.
