Where is the hate on Frank Mir? Don't you think Frank Mir is disrespectful?

He's not a favorite of mine because he thinks he's better than he really is.

The trash talking is part of the hyping the show to some extend. The older guys don't really do much because a few losses humbles most fighers.

Frank is one of my favorite heavyweights. Yeah he talks a lot of trash, but he backs it up. Also, put yourself in Mir's shoes...remember how Brock acted after he beat Mir? Would you want to hurt him after that? Brock is in some serious trouble if they do meet again. Mir is taking this very serious now and he is almost as big as Brock...it should be a very interesting fight. I would much rather Nog be the champ, but Mir would be awesome also.

Its all hype. You go out there and try to beat up somebody you like or somebody you don not have any issues with. Many fighters do this. They are also trying to sell themselves and sell the fight.

Lesnar shows no class when he trash talks an opponent after beating them.

Frank Mir doesn't have to degrade his fans or sponsors to be popular like the ex WWE star.

i dont liek cockyness ( floyd maywether,rashad evans,rampage,bisping, tito ect) but honestly i dont thank mir iz cocky.. he says everything kinda comical ya know? he doessent have that same cocky attitude after fights hes alwayz very respectfull. i think he says it in a funney way and doessent meen it persanly and that disrespectfull or i wouldent liek him...he sayd stuff but he doessent meen it in a rude way liek the other fighters i just mentioned... i liek mir

he's trying to sell tickets, id just chalk it up as that. its hard to judge a person's character(especially a fighter) on statements he made in the public arena.
