Did you name your child after a college professor or favorite teacher?

I wouldn't name my child after a teacher personally, but teacher's (and people in general) have made me fond of names.

If they impacted my life in such a way, probably. There was this girl I kinda of knew and she died in a car accident. She was very unique and I always kind of admired her for how spirited she was. And I have thought about naming my future child after her.
