why do people think the health section is for sex education questions?

Sex is healthy. Healthy people have sex. As a matter of fact, the sexual response is a PRIMARY indicator of good or failing health, and poor sexual response will often point out disease like diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, or other circulatory problems LONG before the patient thinks to have the necessary blood tests done.

Yeah, we don't need any more "How do I masturbate" questions, but good sexual response IS a matter of good general health.

I have asked questions which did not fit exactly in any genre. Thus I had to choose a category that I believed best represented my concerns.

I belieive that it is not possible for Yahoo to cover every possible scenerio and thus we have been limited to the categories on hand.

Keep in mind that Yahoo is trying to maintain a PG "family oriented" environment and may have excluded this category to present more of an "Disney" environment. If you think about it, sex Ed. teaches about reproduction and pregency prevention, not ways to stimulate oneself. This would need another new category such as self pleasure which could lead to drug discussions etc. By limiting one, Yahoo believes it is stopping all. Of course these questions get posted in other areas and Yahoo's can at least claim that it tried...

Because sex is a part of human health and a lot of people have questions about sex. But I do think they should have a section about sex.
