How do I show a sum of 0 in Excel?

Actually, I can show a 0 when the number is < 0, BUT the cell in question is part of another equation and it still calculates as the negative number. I've formated the cell as: General;"0"

    Make an extra column and use it for the calculation. If the number is in D1, put this formula in E1

    if(D1<=0, 0, D1).

    In the cell will be the same number unless D1<=0 is true. When it is true the value will be zero, which is what you want for your calculation.

    Hi,

    You can use the following formula for eliminating the value of ZERO.

    =IF(ISERROR(your Equation),"",The value)

    You can search in Google for the help for "ISERROR" function...

    Please let me know if you need further help.

    Good Luck,

    JA
