If her mom gets mad at her and wants it back at least you can show a bill of sales and get money back or keep it. If your friend is satisified with $200 and you are willing to pay it, then buy it. If you still feel guilty, take her to dinner. Just make sure the MacBook is in good working condition and you aren't going to regret buying it.

Well you should go for the deal, It might seem like a bad one but she's being nice to you so take it. But tell how you feel about it after so there isn't any misunderstandings.

If you know she's a true friend, do it. But if she is just someone you have met a year ago, I wouldn't. It might have a virus or the screen could be blank when you turn it on. I would test it before you buy it. That is always a smart choice. Good luck!
