On A Xbox 360 controllr what is the lil button at the front between LT and RT next to the Plug and Play slot?
As yo can see im a total noob i just got my xbox a few days a go and havnt been able to us it till yestaday. there is that little button next to the charge and play kit with little arrows pionting to the side. is it like and eject button or some thing becuase the controller flashes and tells me to reconect. AND I DONT MEAN THE BIG X BUTTON IN THE MIDDLE IM NOT THAT NOOB... well maybe?

That little button is the Controller sync button. There is also a small button on the front of your Xbox console close to the memory card slots. When you press that button, the machine will go into seek mode and green lights will circle around the center power light. Then you press and hold the little button on the controller so it can connect or 'sync' up with the console.
You need to perform this action any time you buy a new controller or try to connect a new controller to your system. You also need to perform it if you took your controller to a friends house and synced up with their console.
Alternatively, if you have the plug and play cable, simply plugging it into the system and controller will sync it up automatically.

its the connect button. you hold it down to put the controller into seek mode which will then allow it to connect to a different console.
