I too have been having major attachment problems since the upgrade. Here is what Yahoo's help chat instructed me to do, EACH TIME I want to attach a file to an e-mail. It works but takes forever is extremely frustrating and indicates there are some serious flaws that need fixing.
1. Close all IE tabs except the Yahoo Mail tab
2. Go to Tools>Internet Options>General: delete browsing history, temp files, etc.
3. Exit IE then relaunch
4. Go to Yahoo Mail and attach your files. DO NOT DO ANYTHING ELSE BEFORE ATTACHING THE FILES OR YOU'LL HAVE TO START ALL OVER AGAIN.
What I do is compose all my e-mails, save them as drafts, then attach the files and send them all at once, before doing anything else. Otherwise, you'll have to redo the whole process each time.
Unbelievable, but now it's the ONLY thing that works to allow attachments.
Second major bug: If your "numlock" button is turned on and you press "page up," whatever message you happen to be on will disappear. IT WILL NOT GO INTO THE TRASH FILE -- IT WILL SIMPLY DISAPPEAR, FOREVER.
Go figure.

if the image is in a report, then click on the paperclip on the left on the perfect of your mail. After click directly to that then scroll with the aid of data till you hit upon the single you like after which click on it after which right down to open and it might connect the report to your mail.
