Call customer service and they will be able to tell you if you can do it on the phone, internet or if they need a signature card.

But be very careful, anything that person uses your card for, you will be liable for. If they do not pay you back, you are still stuck with the bill. Be very careful.

Your financial future could be at stake.

They can do it over the phone, or look again in your personal information section. That's how I added an authorized user to my capital one account...I had to go in to personal information and update another user.

You can't do everything on line. Call the customer service number and ask; but think long and hard before you do this.

You can do it by phone. It is better if you get their signature if any charges are disputed.

Thru phone banking u can do that....try once again.
