    I believe that the young ,middle aged and old if healthy should not be able to smoke or eat marijuana.But under america law if on applies for a health care card and suffer a disease then one can take marijuana.What saying it needs to be regulated by law so the young cannot be taken in by a classified drug. A new health care card for medicinal marijuana needs to be designed by all counties.Be loyal to america and america be loyal to you.David Harris

    Hopefully Never. There is no medical benefit to pot that can not be done with some legal drug.
