Yes i am the adaim of this PC i just need a way to disable it. Every time i uncheck the box and click okay it just get back to checked automatically.

Make sure your profile has administrative rights. Check in Control Panel>User Accounts. If you do not have admin rights, log on as the local administrator and change your account to have admin rights.
PS. Be sure to change the local adminstrative password, or you will not be able to log in as admin.
