Does using electricity create greenhouse gasses?

Ok, I know that solar, hydro, nuclear, etc. produce less GHG than coal plants, but does using electricity also create GHG? If I use X kilowatts of electricity (not considering the source), does the act of using that electricity generate GHG?

Update:

So when you're on the bumper cars and that electricity is sparking above you, isn't that ozone... a GHG?

probably, but if you use fire instead of electricity, it'll create more greenhouse gases

No, you directly using electricity doesn't create GHGs, what does however, are the processes to create that electricity in the first place.
