Earplugs. I personally find the cheap foam ones better than the expensive ones. Have you lived there long? I live in a flat that is next to a very busy road. I hardly slept the first week, but now I even sleep through the noise of the early morning delivery lorries thundering down the road.

you can get earplugs from poundland (well for a pound lol), threres 5 pairs in a packet. They work wonders.
