State Laws that protect children from being bit at daycares?
My little girl has been bitten 4 times at her daycare. They refuse to tell me who the kid is and they refuse to tell me what there policy is. I live in Georgia and I have looked up the code for daycare centers and i could not find anything regarding violent behavior that threatens other children. I need some facts before i talk to the center owner. But it looks like they can handle the situation as they see fit. Maybe child protective services can help?

I'm not a professional in the State of Georgia but each daycare should be licensed by the State. Doing a quick Google search I found a place that you can actually find out about daycares and file a complaint with the state. The link is down in the resources bar.
I think the daycare sounds a bit shady so you may want to find a different one if that is possible. Otherwise, explore the cite below.

When My younger brother and I were younger we lived in Georgia and when he was in daycare he was the 'biter'. By the time he was 5 he had been kicked out of over 5 different pre-schools.
My brother was kicked because the parents of the other child had complained. So my suggestion for you is to demand that this other child be kicked out, if they do not kick them out threaten to change pre-school and to go to CNN.
It hard on both families when there is a biter and the one the receiving end of the bite. One has to wonder why their child is biting or being bit.
And for future reference they never tell you who the biter or victim is.
