I sent my car to the Goodyear service center because my AC has been a hit or miss when it's on. Here is the symptoms, during the early morning time, when the outside temperature is cooler, the AC blows cold air continuously. In the afternoon, on my way home from work, the temperature has risen above 80, in Georgia, it will blow cold for about 5 minutes and then it blows warm air. I'll shut it off for about 5 minutes, then it will blow cold again for another 3-5 minutes and then back to warm.

The techs at good year claim I need a new compressor and drier. Even though that may be correct, I have a feeling that's not the issue.

Could it be a pressure or temperature sensor going bad? If the compresser was bad, wouldn't it not blow cold at all? The fact that it blows cold during cooler temperatures makes me reluctant to change the compressor.

I recently had to reinstall Windows 32-bit XP Professional because I was having major issues with my PC. I backed up all of my files by using Windows backup utility. I saved it on my external hard drive. When I finished my install of Windows, I tried to restore my back up file. The backup utility came up and i went through the restore wizard. It asked me to select the main file and expand the tree. Well it won't let me and it stays shaded out not giving me the ability to restore. What am i doing wrong!!!!! Please help!

I just recently started a new job with a software company. I am on a team of 7. In my team, there are 3 gays, 1 man and 2 women. They openly talk about there lovers so i presume they could careless who knows.

Here's my question, when i refer to their lovers, what do i call them? BF or GF, husband or wife, lover or partner. I do not want to be insulting in anyway i just never have been around gay's for any period of time. I spend a lot of time with them. Also, each one of them wear wedding bands. Whats up with that? I live in ATL GA and same sex marriage is not legal.

My little girl has been bitten 4 times at her daycare. They refuse to tell me who the kid is and they refuse to tell me what there policy is. I live in Georgia and I have looked up the code for daycare centers and i could not find anything regarding violent behavior that threatens other children. I need some facts before i talk to the center owner. But it looks like they can handle the situation as they see fit. Maybe child protective services can help?

I recently had a new roof installed. During the demo of the old roof, the idiots did not pay attention and as they were throwing the old shingles to the ground, some hit my house and left tar marks. I have cleaned these areas with WD-40. In some spots, there appears to be an oil stain. I'm thinking I left the WD-40 on too long.

How do you remove the oil stains without repainting?

I stain my deck a year and a half ago......and now hate it. It is a redwood semi-trans. I want to go with a semi-trans brown. I attempted to strip it and it did not work......with several coats of stripper and a pressure washer, it only dulled the surface

Anyway, my question..........can i stain semi-trans, brown over redwood stain or would i have to paint it with porch paint? Or maybe a solid color stain?

I have been having a problem with wiping after I go number 2 and it's making my wife mad because i have skid marks in my underwear. It seems that it does not matter how much i wipe, i cannot get it all. i have wiped until my butt is soar.

Strange, all 3 toilets in my house have yellow urine looking water but all the taps are crystal clear. it just started today. All my pipes are PVC.....Are my toilets on a separate water line?
