Anyone here believe that what is happening in the world today was for told in the Bible?I do.?

I just want to hear what everyone else thinks. If you don't believe in the bible I am sure I already know your answer, but go ahead and leave it anyway I'm sure you will.

Update:

You do know Israel had to be a nation before the end could start which did not happen until 1948.So any time before that could not have been possible.right now in the Bible nothing stands in the way as it did once before.

    Yes.

1 Timothy 4:1 - Now the Spirit expressly says that in latter times

some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits

and doctrines of demons. ~ Note: Paul sounds like he's really

trying to get the point accross by stating "the Spirit expressly

says." With this kind of language, we better pay attention. The

word for giving heed also means to turn the mind to, give attention

to, to apply one's self to, to devote thought and effort to. So

don't give much attention to people who tell you that you can not

lose your salvation. People who are devoted to teaching the OSAS

false doctrine have definitely given heed to deceiving spirits.

They paid attention to misleading, corrupted, deceiving spirits

and now they may be departed from the faith. The word for depart

also means to desert, to fall away, become faithless, to withdraw

one's self from. Either way that you look at it they stop having

faith. So be careful of deceiving spirits and keep the faith.

Real faith that is, not one of an imposter.

2 Timothy 4:3,4 - For the time will come when they will not endure

sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they

have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; and

they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside

to fables. ~ Note: This is what has happened to some of the people

who believe in "Once Saved, Always Saved." The word for endure

also means suffer, bear with, forbear, to hold up, to sustain. The

word for sound in sound doctrine also means of Christians whose

opinions are free from any mixture of error. So bear with the

correct doctrine of Scripture and not man-made doctrine that's

full of errors. The word for itching in itching ears means

desirous of hearing something pleasant. Hearing that you are

"Once Saved, Always Saved" is pleasant, but it is not the truth.

I believe that a lot of people believe that.

But then again, during the great depression, WWI, WWII, and many other times of strife, probably even when the Roman empire was falling apart, everyone would point to the bible and say... SEE SEE It's happening!!!

I mean seriously, how many times have the religious cried wolf about the end of times?

The nonsensical babbling in the Bible is so vague that it could be applied to any decade in history...or most likely in the future.

There will always be wars, floods, famine, and unbelievers. Whining about them will not make them go away.

Tell you what: Show me something in the Bible that points SPECIFICALLY at something today that could not possibly apply to any other period in history. Then we might have a subject to discuss. Until then, I only have this to say: Grow up and take a look at the world as it is, not the way you want it to be.

    Daniel 12:9-10

9 And he said, “Go your way, Daniel, for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end. 10 Many shall be purified, made white, and refined, but the wicked shall do wickedly; and none of the wicked shall understand, but the wise shall understand.

if you read Revelations it seems like these are the last days.

also in the book The Vision by David Wilkerson he shares many visions God gave him a long time ago about the future(right now), and most of the things written in that book are actually going on, theres no other way he would know these things without actually being told by God.

Oh yaz, oh yaz. Exactly as foretold in the bible, except that it's all unfolding really, really, really, really slowly. Apparently we've been in the End times for about 1900 years now.

Of course not... magic really isn't reality... it's magic.
