What is the screen resolution for 19 inch lcd monitor running on windows vista?

P.S My settings only go from 800*600 up to 1440*900, im also using NVIDIA G-FORCE, and at the minutes the resolution is 1440*900

    You have the choice that is suitable for you. You may choose by Right clicking on Desktop, then properties, then display and move the resolution bar a little left or right until you get it the way you see it best. Good luck.

    If you have a key on your keyboard, hit the button with the 2 computers sitting next to each other with a few arrows between them. If you don't have these, I'd think that the cable may be synced with your widescreen and not with your monitor.

    This depends on the monitor. Each LCD monitor has a native resolution at which it looks best, usually this is its maximum resolution. 19 inch non-widescreen LCD monitors are usually 1280x1024, but some may be 1600x1200. 19 inch widescreen LCD monitors are usually either 1440x900, 1600x900, or 1680x1050. When in doubt, go with whatever looks best to you :)

    To be honest its you own personal choice, but thats what i have mine on, just have a look through them and see which one suits you the best :)
