Sure, ok.
Remember that this is an English class. You are not going to be judged nearly so much for the rich profundity of your response as you will be for your adherence to how an essay is to be written, -in accordance with the instruction given by your teacher or professor. (I was never very skilled at that stuff.)
Nevertheless the word "essay" is rooted in Old French, meaning "to attempt" or "try". ...So, that said, I suppose some effort is required to give a thoughtful response, or even a philosophical response in this case.
Conceptually, Here's my take: (and NOT in essay form)
What is a "life full of care"?
-Care of others? (e.g., children, spouse, siblings, parents, friends, neighbours, the disadvantaged, the sick, etc;)
-Care of physical self? (e.g., overall fitness, dental hygiene, trimming your fingernails...?)
Medical care? Financial care? Care of world issues? News? Politics? ...Career?
The list goes on. You get the point. There's a lot of things to "care" about; and each item may break down into a potentially countless number of "how-to" sub-items. And we ought to take time for these things, it's true. Each has value....right? ...Right? ...
Well, if we're spending ALL of our waking time flossing our teeth, maximizing our job performance, quitting cigarettes and making sure Billy gets to little league on time, do we even have time to consider their importance? Or is this line of questioning answered but once and later not to be considered again?
All the old cliches apply. "Take time to smell the flowers.", for example. We hear it so often, most of us roll our eyes upon hearing or reading it. Through overuse, the adage has lost its meaning. ...But does anyone ACTUALLY (literally or figuratively) "smell the flowers"? Odds are, too few do; even when on 'vacation'.
Doing 'Nothing' is still very frowned upon in our society. (Maybe the "frowners" need to give it a shot.)

Your topic for essay is the opening line of William Henry Davies' poem, 'What is this life full of care/ We have no time to stand and stare....
The poet means a life which is so burdened with cares and worries is not worth living. We should take some quality time out of the hustle and bustle of daily life and devote it to the activities we really love. They may be pursuing some hobby like gardening, listening to music, playing your favourite game, spending time with your family and anything else that you enjoy. Remember, life is not meant to be taken too seriously and if you rush through life, you miss the scenery. It is little things like helping someone in need, sincerely acknowledging a favour shown to you by your friend that make life worth living both for you and those around you. You may also quote William Wordsworth: '....That best portion of a good man's life, his little, nameless acts of kindness and of love.'
If you lots of money it is good. But you should not earn money at the cost of other more important things in life. Being rich is having money, being wealthy is having time.
I hope I have typed some lines that you can develop further. All the best!

Do something like "if the people in your life care for you so much but your too busy moving in the world, trying to advance, you will think everyone has abandoned you and your all alone. you have to stop and take a look at the people around you and stop running the rat race, cause if you don't, their care and love is wasted."
hope that helped.
