i say ur best pair of skinny jeans, ugg boots, a long sleeve crewneck, and a white windbreaker jacket
also put ur hair down, it's way warmer and looks a lot better for winter :)

Classic Tall Uggs, definitely, dark wash skinny jeans, a long-sleeved shirt and a puffer vest with fur trim on the hood.
