Majority rules right?

Or is it majority rule as long as that's what you think and if it's not what you think then well it's got to be socialism?

Which is it? Majority rules or Socialism?

I feel like I just took a hit of acid. What?

Socialism is garbage. The crutch of the lazy.

Actually majority does not always rule. Our country is a Republic, not a Democracy. In a Democracy the majority always rules. In a Republic the minority has a very strong position. As a quick example I would point out that the current Health Care Bill has required 60 votes to bring it to the floor for a vote without the possibility of a filibuster. Also in many states it takes more than a majority vote to raise taxes and pass budgets. There are more examples also.A strong minority can do a lot in our country whether they be Republicans, Democrats, Independents or other groups.

    The two are unrelated.

Socialism is as real a form of politics as a gryphon is a bird.

Socialism in reality is an Oligarchy - rule of the few in the interests of the few. All socialistic policies in the U.S. have found ways to exclude the majority of the people paying into them in some way. The only place where this is not true is the school system - which coincidentally is very, very messed up and abuses anyone that isn't 'easy' to teach.

A direct democracy is mob rule. We are an indirect democracy that relies on elected representatives. The word 'republic' is used to describe this.

Unfortunately there are many people who did not vote in the previous elections. If the majority does not vote, it becomes a de facto oligarchy, as the few are exerting their will over the many.

So, to answer your question I have another question.

Are you registered to vote? If yes, you support our indirect democracy! If no, you support an oligarchy.

Actually, simple majority rules is the case in a democracy, we have a republic. So there are various checks in place to keep one group from trampling the rights of the minority.

Read The Federalist Papers 10 and 51. Madison deals with the idea of Factions taking away the rights of a minority and tells of the mechanisms for preventing that.

The majority can still rule and the country can still be fascist. Take a look at any empire throughout history. America is acting that way, no offense. What do you think the diversity is happening on accident? This is all happening on purpose. The government is testing the white peoples. It's sad, but true.

If the majority wants something that is unconstitutional, as determined by the Supreme Court's interpretation, then THE CONSTITUTION BEATS THE SH!T OUT OF THE MAJORITY.

    Look in the real world.

    Decode this lyrics " You'll see "

    "Wonderful world"

    How?

Living examples in front of TV news reels and in prints on people, places and events?

Look around at the surrounding on the developments?

is it glory and success of past glorious civilization with hear-say from the Book of the Dead with hear-say on non-existence rights original descendant?

Not with left-over of grandma and grandpa golden assets from after world war two?

Or with two empty hands and hear-say on non-existence rights of original descendant that never was in time?

Then what is majority rule with two empty hands without plundering, looting with destruction of God's natural assets in time?

What good is majority rule with the living dead with " Pride and Prejudice" as National Identity of a rudeness tribe with two empty hands in time?

Your picking put an illogical right, I mean fight....(sarcasm)

Socialism is always what the Dems are, when you talk to someone who opposes liberal views of constitutional rights.

With Obama, corruption rules. Senators are bribed and threatened instead of being free to choose what's best for the country.
