Upgrading Xbox consoles?
I currently have an Elite console with a 120GB drive. I've only been using it for a month or so, so if there's more than a few gigs on the HDD I'd be very surprised. Just got the Modern Warfare 2 console with a 250GB drive. How do I transfer all my downloads, gamerscore, game saves etc from one console to the other? Also, anyway I can "reset" the Elite so that when I give it to my friend in need it won't show my gamertag login stuff and Netflix account etc etc?
Thanks all and happy holidays!

You can either go on your new xbox and while signing in go to the right until you see recover profile before you sign in and Put in your log in info and have X box live send you profile , achievements , gamerscore over to your new xbox .Only thing is your actual saves wont make it
Or you can buy a harddrive transfer kit and swap the data from one profile to the other , these are typicallly no longer sold seperately so you might have to go on Ebay , or look online for it . If it is in a store the only one that would still supply them is gamestop or EB games .
And to solve your problem about resetting your Old Elite go on your old hard-drive after you transferred the data between the 2 Go in the my xbox section go over to System setting then Format memory , it completly wipess your drive so everything is deleted

you need to buy or request the transfer kit from microsoft
which moves all your downloads and profiles from one hd to another leaving your 120 gig hd empty and ready to be used by somebody else
