What do i need to buy a gun in Florida.?

Do i need a licence or a permit or something else? Thank you.

    No you only need to be a resident of the state of florida and have the background check done to own a handgun. But you do need a permit to carry it on your person.

    Drivers License (or State ID)

    Be 21+ if it's a handgun, 18+ for shotgun or rifle

    Have a clean background, no felonies no domestic violence charges

    Money for your gun

    and the time to go buy.
