Where can I ask questions to doctors online for free?

First off, I know not to get my medical advice online, and to be examined by a real doctor, but that's going to take a while. I figure someone online might have more information at their disposal and be able to help me until I can get to a doctor.

I have been having the WORST six years of my life. I'm 20, female, and I feel like my entire body is shutting down, little by little.

Any links you guys can give me? I really would like to post my symptoms (/vent) and have someone take me seriously - without saying it's all in my head (physical proof says it's not). I'd like to get a diagnosis before I'm 40.
