I finally have a new computer....Windows Vista Home Premium. How do I rid of cookies and other junk? Thanks!?

    Cookies aren't junk. They're what keep you logged into a website, what remembers your login, etc.

    You can delete your temporary internet files, but you can also just do a disk cleanup, which includes the temporary internet files. Also delete everything in your C:\Temp or C:\Windows\Temp directory(depending on where your temp directory is).

    Don't just go deleting things if you don't know what they are. You could be deleting files you need and can't get back.

    a new computer with cookies?? if its used i would reboot to get rid of unwanted stuff and you know to get the new computer feel..

    but a quick way to get rid of cookies is going to internet explorer > tools > internet option > DELETE

    open internet explorer, go to tools, go to internet options, then delete cookies, history etc.
