I Got My Eyebrow Pierced With A 14g Spike. Is It Alright If I Were A 16g Wich Is Smaller?

If you leave a 16G bar in for too long, your hole is going to adjust and shrink to that size. It wouldn't matter too much, I don't suppose, if you didn't leave it in for very long or if it's a fully healed piercing. The size difference isn't too different between the two, so you should be ok. If it's a new piercing, however, I wouldn't recommend downsizing yet. Wait until it heals.

yes, but the hole that you had would get smaller depending on the amount of time that you would want to have the 16g in.

I think it would close in, just keep wearing
the big one, or if u must,
Just war the smaller one for
a shorter time.
