Tom Cruise wouldn't likely get caught dead at a McDonalds. Spoiled rich boy has forgotten his roots. You do know that he has never really served in the Navy, nor has really flown an F-14, right?
As to your second question, if I were to order McNuggets [gag], and was shorted one, I would let them know, and they would correct my order. (Just like in real life!)

He would complain then I would pull out a plastic knife and cut one in half and then ask him to recount.
