Bad Customer Service Poll?
If you get HORRIBLE customer service from a company that most people have never heard of and wouldn't use anyway, is it better to let people know about it or to not even share the name of the company (and give them any publicity) at all?

i let people know about my experience with the company. their's may be different, but sometimes the other person, or people, are appreciative.
