Gas fireplace remote control?
We just purchased a Jotul gas insert after our wood fireplace caused a fire (there was only one layer of brick in the 1950's firebox- we found out the hard way). Anyway, they sent it with a Napoleon remote- is this standard or are they just trying to appease the insurance company by cheaping out?

almost all window AC come with remotes also. everything is going remote. why would you think it's cheap?

They are actually pretty standard today. Nothing is more fun that clicking to start the fireplace. lol.
