As a child, what did it feel like to hear mass ?

BORRRIIIINNNNG.

As a child, I couldn't appreciate what we being done or said.

I grew up in a Catholic church, and well... I wasn't much of a fan. It was just a long mass I felt. I mean it was all repetitive and the songs were very...mellow? I'd be thinking about anything except church and God lol. Im sure most kids were like that though. It didn't really have much of an effect on me I guess.

As a small child i did not always understand what was being said that is why most churches have Sunday schools.

Boring.

As child who attended catholic school; the first Friday of each month we were marched to the local church for mass; it was boring.

It was boring as fu*k and we kept hearing bullshit that god loves us yet on other hand we heard he'll damn us forever in hell for simple sin. If I didn't attend this boring mass my parents beaten me which obviously shows Christian love.

I felt like a muslim would feel, when they know how to pray before they know what they are praying, It felt like school, i was forced to go without clearly understanding why..I wish I was made to understand who God and what he did for me! Would have saved me so much trouble, I thank God anywayz :)

It was boring and hard to keep my mouth shut. I also remember thinking..."What do all the people know or see that I don't" ...I did wonder like that as a kid.

I was bored... I felt sleepy, kept yawning....

Then I woke up and found out that people were really believing in these bible stories

It was nice because I missed class at a catholic elementary school.

what's that? My parents were atheist!
