There are a few that I know of:
* Cub (the main one, often used in conjunction with Cougar on dating sites)
* Milfer or Milfhunter (if they specifically seek women who are also mothers)
* Cougarbait (a spin on jailbait which is usually attributed to younger women trying to attract older men)

uhm, it is not horribly complimentary to the woman in question... but the traditional descriptor for someone seeking an older person to date is "grave robber". this is usable for either young women or young men seeking older mates.
