When you buy sunglasses and take them in for prescription, will the lenses be completely replaced?

I want to buy some Ray-Ban avators. I will need the lenses to be prescription lenses. I already know the prescription can be added to the avators. Now I am wondering if the optometry will completely replace the lenses or simply "add" the prescription to the current lenses on the sunglasses. Does anyone know?

I've worn glasses my entire life so I can say without doubt that the prescription is ground into the lenses, not "added", so your doctor will just replace the lenses that come with the frame with your prescribed set of lenses. One word of warning: DON'T LOST THEM! ;)

I think you can try this site, i bought from them before.

The sunglasses comes with box, and the shipping is fast.

it takes about 7 days to be delivered to my home door.
