    Eggs are full of protein (when raw) so help to build the muscle in the first place. Carbs such as pasta are good for energy.

    You need a good diet, eating every 3,4 hours. High in protein and carb.

    Add whey protein powder, BCAA, Creatine, NO (nitric oxide) for supplements.

    More reps at lighter weight builds endurance

    Eat a high protein diet needed for building muscles.
