My Homing pigeon's egg is 2 because december 23, 2009 of morning is 1. 12 noon is 2. How many days in a month???

Pigeons hatch 18 days from the date of the second egg. (As for days in a month? That depends on the month. Some have 31, some 30, and one only has 28)
