Increasing the RAM of HP Pavillion dv9408 !?

so i have 1 GB RAM on my HP Pavilion dv9408 .. there are only 2 Slots and each have 512MB RAM ..

i can only go upto 2GB on this laptop .. n i wanna upgrade to 2 GB

I have Vista n It lags a lot guessing coz RAM fills up ..will my laptop be any faster if i upgrade ?

also what if i use a USB to increase the RAM !? .. Is there a max limit to how much external RAM i can have ? (this works ..i know some people using it )

    Upgrade to Windows 7 and go with 2 GB RAM. Your laptop will be awesome. It will be fast with lots of RAM available for applications.

    Windows 7 is a breeze to install. It has got lots of drivers. On my 3 installations on 3 different computers, Windows 7 installed all the drivers, including Nvidia or ATI graphics drivers.
