Hi, I'm traveling via Amsterdam in July and planning to spend a day or two in the city. I had a few question about the place. I hope

1. I'm a student and don't need a fancy place to stay. What are my options for a cheap place to stay? (please be as specific as you can, thank you)

2. Err.. I want to visit a coffee shop ( i believe that's what they're called). I just walk in and buy Marijuana? and is it okay to smoke in open public areas ?

3. What are the places that you recommend a young student should visit ? Not much of a museum person but will make sure I visit a few .. other interesting places ?

4. Are there any specific good nightclubs that you can recommend ?

My dog has been constipated for past several months and last month he was diagnosed with Megacolon.. he got his antibiotics and all the meds.. we tried our best to control his diet afterwards but the problem came back and he was constipated again.. took him to the doctor and because of megacolon, now hernia has also developed..

I have an option of going for a surgery or not ( and directly putting him to sleep)

my vet tells me the chances of survival are very low (2 out if 10) and post operative care is a big hassle specially with my dog since he is very very figity and it is not easy to control him...

should i go for the the surgery? is it worth taking a risk? i can't see my dog suffer but maybe a miracle can happen n he can be fine afterwards

I have played Assassin's Creed 1 ... and half of AC2 .. i had actually almost completed the second one but my PS3 broke and i lost my saved data .. this was last year and i completely lost touch with the series after that ... now i really want to play that game again .. so can someone please update me on whats the latest AC2:Brotherhood about .. like does it include the story from AC2 or do i have to buy AC2 first then the brotherhood version to understand the story and not miss anything ..

i'm planning to buy an android phone and i kinda had some questions ..

1. Can the softwares be updated? like i can update my 2.1 to 2.2 or 2.2 to 2.3(when it comes out) for FREE right !? are there some specs in the phone that can prevent me from updating .. like i know the 2.3 will require 1Ghz speed or something.. do a lot of phones have such problems ?

2. How much internal memory should i be looking for? like HTC wildfire offers 512mb ROM + 384mb RAM .. is that enough?

btw is the 2.2 thingy for moving apps to memory card working fine?? heard there were some problems?

3. Any other thing i should be looking for when buying the phone? like android-wise.. kinda new to the thing..

k so i'm getting a new internet connection and i found a plan with 4 Mbps speed (yes thats enough for me) with 8 static IPs and another with 4 Mbps with 1 static IPs .. the first one is like double the price .. so i wanna know will my internet work faster with 8 IPs or should i stick to the 1 IP one ...

k so i have to buy something for my prom and i'm still kinda confused .. i saw some good tux and suits and now i'm confused about which one should i buy?? .. i know that traditionally people wear tux but its kinda expensive since i know i'm only gonna wear it once .. plus i read online that now theres not much of a difference between a tux and a suit .. so should i just buy a suit or should go with the tux ? what looks better ?

i have a HP PAVILLION dv9408ca and my USBs are not working .. i have 4 USB ports n none of them work ...

they were fine.. then one day one of em didnt read my external hard disk but then the other one did so i ignored it coz that sometimes happens i thought.. n then finally next day they were all dead ..

the max USBs i connect at a time would be 2 or 3 ...

i've tried updating the drivers .. In device manager, i disabled all 4 then enabled them again .. didnt work !

so i have 1 GB RAM on my HP Pavilion dv9408 .. there are only 2 Slots and each have 512MB RAM ..

i can only go upto 2GB on this laptop .. n i wanna upgrade to 2 GB

I have Vista n It lags a lot guessing coz RAM fills up ..will my laptop be any faster if i upgrade ?

also what if i use a USB to increase the RAM !? .. Is there a max limit to how much external RAM i can have ? (this works ..i know some people using it )
