What to do with a strained groin?
I "tweaked" my groin and can't remember if it's heat or ice that needs to be applied. My range of motion is okay if I walk a certain way, so it's not that bad, yet. Should I stretch or anything before I head out tomorrow? Taking a day off right now is not an option.
